The Proclamation of Punta Santiago is the document by which the Alduro-Wechua Federation was officially proclaimed and established by the Committee for Aldu-Wechu Integration (CAWI), after it was ratified by the governments and legislatures of both nations. This founding document was drafted in Government House in the city of Punta Santiago by members of the CAWI and representatives from the national legislatures. It was drafted and revised by Vicaquirao Alvarez, Alejandro Campos, Vivienne Géroux, Illa Motocanchi, and Phillip Costa.
