Commission for the Reintegration of Østfold
The Commission for the Reintegration of Østfold (CRØ) was established by an Elwynnese instrument of government on 24.IX.1685, following the disintegration of teh Vanic Web, with the goal of reintegrating parts of the Storish-occupied (1625–1685) former Norse duchy of Østfold. The Commission received especial purview to oversee the administrative, diplomatic, military, and political aspects of the reintegration of Østfold under Elwynnese sovereignty as part of the . The Commission, headed by the former Speaker of the Nordisketing, Ola Valtatsjakk, received the mandate to administer the area until such time that Vanic tendencies could be kept to a manageable level among the populace. Valtatsjakk immediately set out to establish reeducation facitilies and psychotherapy centres for people having been affected by Vanic hegemony and subjected to sexual practices.
