Commission for the Reintegration of Østfold
The Commission for the Reintegration of Østfold (CRØ) (Norse: Kommisjonen for Østfolds reintegrasjon, KØR) was established by an Elwynnese instrument of government on 24.IX.1685, following the collapse of Stormark, with the goal of reintegrating parts of the Storish-occupied (1625–1685) former Norse duchy of Østfold. The Commission received especial purview to oversee the administrative, diplomatic, military, and political aspects of the reintegration of Østfold under Elwynnese sovereignty as part of the . The Commission, headed by the former Speaker of the Nordisketing, Ola Valtatsjakk, received the mandate to administer the area until such time that Vanic tendencies could be kept to a manageable level among the populace. Valtatsjakk immediately set out to establish reeducation facilities and psychotherapy centres for people having been affected by Vanic hegemony and subjected to sexual practices.
The thankless task of screening these new arrivals for disguised Stormarkers and collaborators marked by the Vanic Taint fell to Keltia Command, which was obliged to organise the rapid establishment of a series of reception camps to hold the influx of stateless persons prior to their evaluation for either detention in quarantine or transfer to the rehabilitation centres being prepared behind the demarcation line.
