The Humanitarian Mission in Lyrica was a relief and exploratory mission authorised by the Command Executive of the Unified Governorates of Benacia in response to a petition by Livist politicians and representatives of the House of Osman to dispatch an expedition to Lyrica to investigate the condition of the Lyrican thralls newly liberated from Stormark's occupation of their island with the unravelling of the Vanic Web.
