Fapefai le Samiaii

The Fapefai le Samiaii (Charon Hovercraft) runs from the town of Samiaii to New Amsterdam every half hour during the daytime. It is the main means of transport between the Mercurian dependency of Lucerne and North Antarctica.

Terminals

Samiaii

The terminal at Samiaii was opened in 2012, when Mercury first claimed the island of Lucerne. It is served by the number 4 bus service. It has a capacity of 400 passengers, and has two boarding lanes, allowing cars to access the hovercraft.

New Amsterdam

The terminal at New Amsterdam was opened in 2012, when Lucerne officials signed a contract with the New Amsterdam mayor's office. It is served by the Northern MetroLine and New Amsterdam Secondary Bus Service. It has a capacity of 400 passengers, with three boarding lanes, which allow cars to access the hovercraft.
