The Highpass Pipeline connects the South Benacian Pipeline system to Alalehzamin in Elwynn, allowing for high capacity oil exports from the fields in Sanama to Elwynn. The construction was delayed several times due to unrest in Highpass and the difficulty of traversing the mountainous border area.
