Hagbard is an Elwynnese bailiwick in eastern Normark, located on the east bank of the northern inlet of the Strait of Haifa. Along with Signe, it constitutes the Norse Gate. The bailiwick borders Skrubbebør in the north, Høgmarken in the east, and the Green in the south. Population in 1679 was 135,200 inhabitants. Norse is the sole official language here, but with the UDF having a base here, Elw and Army Crandish are widely spoken and used in the area.
