The 2009 Tellian Serie B season was the second edition—and fourth overall—of the Tellian Serie B, the secondary football league in Tellia. The league was contested by six teams, and was held between March and June 2009.
The league was won by Sogrado Sportiva, who secured promotion to the Tellian Serie A alongside runners-up Les Verts Gaianiano.
