The 1728 elections in Aemilia, held for the Senate, were the second elections ever held in the nation and the first where the nation was called the Confoederatio Aemilia, previously being called Taktwinkel. The Sozialprogressive Einheitspartei Aemilias dominated the elections, growing even further at the expense of the Traditional Party of 1680 which still remained the nation's second party.
