Westport Road is the only football ground in the Mercurian dependency of Lucerne. It is the home ground of the Lucerne national football team, the Lucerne Ladies, and Lucerne's two clubs, Port Lucerne FC and Charon Sharks FC. Although it was built in 2012, the 6,000 capacity stadium has an old-fashioned terrace design, with stands on only two sides of the pitch. The stadium is the only sporting facility on the island, and the Lucerne FA usually allow residents to use the pitch when no matches are scheduled.
