The House of Al-Lusirni is the royal house of the Sultanate of Kurum Ash-Sharqia. It was formally founded in 1702 AN by Sultan Salah Ad-Din Al-Lusirni and is ruled by the Royal House Act 1702. Al-Lusirni refers to the city of Lucerne.

According to the Royal House Act, the House "consists of all the male descendants of His Majesty Salah Ad-Din Al-Lusirni I and their spouses, and the female descendants who bear the name of the House." (art. 3) Members who marry without the Sultan's approval lose their membership of the House (art. 4).

All members of the House bear the title prince or princess of Kurum Ash-Sharqia (art. 5).
