Delphine is the younger daughter of Basileus Petros III, younger sister of the reigning Basilinna Olympia, and a Princess of the Imperial State of Constancia.
She is unmarried and has no natural heirs. Her father the Basileus issued a proclamation declaring her non compos mentis on medical advice, when she was 8 years old. She is presently cared for in a secure and undisclosed location.
