Vayelon
Vayelon, an ancient Euran city, once notably the satrapan seat of government for the Babkhan province of Kelestan. Destroyed in the 1598 Babkhan Holocaust, thereafter falling under the dominion of barbarians and foreigners, including the Bassarids, the Confederacy of the Dispossessed, and most infamously enduring the occupation of Banh Nam, when it was once again allowed to degenerate into a ruinous condition. Liberated by the forces of Trans-Euran Command during the first months of 1753 AN, it was once again declared a Babkhan city, under the protection of the Constancian Throne. The resources, human and material, of the General Government of Azad Kelestan would be dedicated to its restoration.
