The Bovinist Children's Fund (BCF) is one of Natopia's most respected humanitarian organizations, dedicated to improving the lives of children across all demesnes of the Empire. Founded in 1680 AN by Pentheros Sergius Hergones and philanthropist Eleonora Silversmith, the organization emerged from a growing recognition that children required special protections and opportunities regardless of their demesnial origin or social status.
