Ian Holden (b. 1671 AN) is an Aerlan statesman and civil servant who is currently serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs under the Cabinet of Basil Fitzroy. He first served as a chief diplomatic advisor to Henry Cassian, and was elevated to Minister of Foreign Affairs after the 1720 elections.

He is noted for helping broker treaties between several nations and Aerla such as Constancia, Hurmu, Nouvelle Alexandrie, and Zeed. In 1734 AN he would be elected as Secretary-General of the Micras Treaty Organization.

Appointed Knight Commander of the Order of Ash and Elm in 1749.
