The Oportian general election, 1747 was conducted in Oportia from 3-5.IV.1747 AN, representing the first democratic election following the restoration of constitutional government after the 1744 Oportian coup d'état and subsequent Fourth Euran War. Originally scheduled for XIV.1746 AN, the election was postponed by the Transitional Government of the State of Oportia and Trans-Euran Command due to ongoing security concerns from remnants of the National Salvation Council regime.

The election was conducted under a new constitutional framework recommended by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Oportia and adopted by the Transitional Consultative Council of Oportia. Key changes included the replacement of the Chamber of Deputies with the National Assembly of Oportia (381 seats), reorganization of the country into 14 departments, and expansion of the Senate of Oportia to 85 seats. The election also marked Oportia's constitutional renunciation of war as a sovereign right, with the military reconstituted as the Oportian Self-Defense Forces under civilian control.

Felicia Belanger, leader of the Democratic Restoration Coalition (DRC), achieved a decisive victory with 68.0% of the vote, forming a unity ticket with Clementina Duffy Carr as Chancellor of Oportia. The DRC secured supermajorities in both houses of the reformed legislature, winning 287 of 381 seats in the National Assembly and 62 of 85 seats in the Senate. The party also captured 21 of 33 mayoral races and control of 12 of 14 departments. Turnout reached an extraordinary 96.4%, with voters forming lengthy queues at polling stations across the country despite ongoing security threats.
