Operation Turnstile was the codename given to the reinforcement effort undertaken by the Honourable Company during 1744 AN with a view to protecting the investments of the Apollonian Directorate of the multinational corporation in Floria following the outbreak of a communist revolution in the country. There were claims, unverified naturally, that the actions of the Honourable Company were primarily undertaken with a view to establishing a conduit whereby armaments, finance, and manpower, provided by the Benacian Union and Constancia, could flow into Floria, in support of the government, without raising the ire of neighbouring Shireroth.
