Kaiser Ayreon IV wrote in the decree bestowing the title, We bestow upon the Lord Mondo Etzeterra, Viscount Ermingander, the title, degree and dignity of Baron Mondo of Lichport, of Lichport in the County of Caverden in the Imperial Duchy of Brookshire.

In 1741, Kaiser Ayreon V raised Mondo to Viscount Mondo of Lichport after the naturalization of Mondo as a Shirerithian citizen. At the same time, Mondo was also raised from Baron of Zijincheng to Viscount of Zijincheng, and was also given the peerage of Count of Caverden.
