Leroy's of Zeebrugge is an insurance and reinsurance market located in Zeebrugge in the Aemilian Alrig jurisdiction of the Confoederatio Aemilia. The market has a strong focus on marine insurance and was founded by Arnoud Leroy at the café overseeing the fishing harbour of Zeebrugge in 1668, owned by Arnoud's father, Michael Leroy. The insurance and reinsurance market does not operate as an insurance company itself, but brings together customers seeking insurance, and syndicates of underwriters.
Leroy's has several agents across Micras that help ship-owners find underwriters within the market, as the market isn't open to anyone, but has a system of membership. One of the better known agents of Leroy's operates from the Blackfriars district in Tiě Gǎng, in the International Mandate.
