Emil Josef Tarjeisson (1692- ), born in Elijah's Rest, Normark, to Tarjei Thorgilsson and an unknown participant in the N&H Future Leadership Programme. Pledged to wed Miranda II Simrani-Kalirion (1702- ) on her 16th birthday. Bound by blood obligation to serve in the Elian Militia from his eighteenth birthday. Entered into the registers of the N&H National Sector Party for Normark from 1700 AN. Directed to serve as Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1719 AN.
