A series of field camps, exercises, and drills, performed by the vanguard cadres of several regional and national sector parties and affiliates of the Nationalist & Humanist Party in order to strengthen fraternal bonds, interoperability, and fieldcraft.

Beginning on 6.VIII.1723 AN, the field camps would be established in the Schwinn Circle of Brookshire, on the frontier with the Governorate of Austland. Division strength formations began to muster in the Schwinn Circle following the general elections in Shireroth and the Humanist tours of Brookshire and the Guttuli.

Brigade and regimental encampments were established at sites identified by the preaching tours in the region during the previous three months.
