Kawthar Saleh is a politician of Kurum Ash-Sharqia.
In 1708 AN she became the Islamic People's Party leader, succeeding Faisal Van Looveren. After the 1708 general election, she was appointed Grand Vizier. Under her leadership the IPP lost many MP's and voters to the newly founded Socialist Platform and eventually stepped down as party leader in 1715 AN.
