Haratşar (also known as Haratşar Muhalin and Mukhaliin Kharachar), born in 1652 and died in 1717, was Khan of the Blue Band of the Eastern Ulus of the Silver Yak Horde from 1675 until his death. During his khanate, he made peace with the White Band of the Eastern Ulus, Chaghagan Khoga, leading to the unification of the Lontinian tribes in 1694 under an expanded Lontinien within the greater Hurmu polity. In 1694, he was, along with Temüjin, Chaghagan Khoga, and Đorđe Babić inducted to the Order of the Holy Lakes for their efforts of bringing peace in their shared region of Apollonia.
Haratşar was an avid cartographer and herald. His death in 1717 left all of Hurmu in grief. The city of Haratşarbatır was erected in his honour.
