The 2022 Tellian Serie B season will be the fifteenth edition—and 17th overall—of the Tellian Serie B, the secondary football league in Tellia. The league will be contested by eight teams, and will be held between October 2020 and May 2021.
AS Rex Leonia and Sogrado Sportiva were promoted back to Serie B as a result of the expansion of Serie A, having been relegated in 2020 following a match-fixing scandal.
