The 2008 FMF Under-21 World Cup was the second and last FMF Under-21 World Cup, and was held in Tellia between 24 February and 28 February 2008 before being abandoned. The competing national teams were required to name a squad of sixteen players for the tournament, numbered 1 to 16, with two named goalkeepers.
Players were required to be aged 21 or under at the start of the season to be eligible to play in the tournament.
