Rousilion is an overseas territory of Lac Glacei located on the western shores of Keltia along the Strait of Pearls. Its capital is the city of Crecy. The region is considered one of the last remaining ethnic populations of Vanderveeren people on Keltia. The outpost was established in response to the Dark Berry Islands civil war and to ensure continued service of the Apollonian Express ferry service from Apollonia to Keltia.
