Hagbard (Elw: Хагбард) is a Norse bailiwick in eastern Normark, located on the east bank of the northern inlet of the Strait of Haifa. Along with Signe, it constitutes the Norse Gate. The bailiwick borders Skrubbebør in the north, Høgmarken in the east, and the Green in the south. Population in 1703 was 195,157 inhabitants. Norse is the sole official language here, but with the Nordhær having a base here, Elw and Army Crandish are widely spoken and used in the area.
Hagbard and Signe are named after the story of Hagbard and Signe in Norse mythology.
