The University of Jääland (Jääkieli: Jäälannin yliopisto) is Jääland's first and only university. Inaugurated in 1691 with funding from the Raspur Pact (particularly from Elwynn and Floria) and Hurmu, it will begin accepting students from 1692 and onwards.
