Designation for unlisted chartered flights operating under the blanket overflight clearances issued by the Trans-Euran Command under an authorisation granted by the Joint Military Council of the Raspur Pact.
The number, destinations, and frequency of these "Black Omega" flights, are not considered to be appropriate subjects for public discussion in Alduria-Wechua and Constancia. In Constancia especially, to enquire too closely into the matter is to invite the attention of the authorities - in this particular instance of the State Protection Authority.
