A converted ex-Babkhan MilZig (Military Ziggurat) located within the Restricted Access Zone of immediately outside Nivardom, but legally within the Principality of Molivadia. Reserved for specialist research and development activities whilst serving as a seat of higher learning. Supported by the ESB Group, Humanist Vanguard, Imperial Constancian Armed Forces, and Trans-Euran Command.
