Agnar Egbert Oakwood is Mesazon of the Imperial State of Constancia since 14.I.1738, at the start of the Sixteenth Imperial Synkletos. He is the first member of the Imperial Constancian Navy to become Mesazon.
Familiar face at the Micras Maritime Council since its founding.
