Morgan Sharp was president of Floria from 1670 until 1695. His vice-president was Anthony Kelly.
In 1679, under the Morgan Sharp administration after public pressure, same-sex marriage was legalised.
In 1683, he sought election to a second term. Despite winning the election, the electoral performance was seen as an upset, as he only narrowly won a three-candidate election. Upon inauguration in 1684, he appointed his second cabinet:
