Orion II was the Grand Duke of Lac Glacei from 1689 to 1713 AN. He was a direct descendant of Grand Duke Orion I, who was assassinated 1502 AN. The family line was thought extinct from the assassination, but was discovered hidden in an isolated valley in the Lac Glaceian mountains. He married Vikka Klosson, a Crandish Princess from Vaan Aujoen, and they had three children. Orion II passed away of natural causes in 1713, setting off the Succession Crisis of 1713, whereupon the throne passed to his son, Augustin I.
