Fermin Mendoza Ruiz (born in 1650) is the current prime minister of Anahuaco (since 1706).
Through his marriage with Beatriz Viernes Casillas (born 1655, herself a second cousin of the Emperor, and a descendant of both King Jeremy of New Brittania and King Aelfric of Nova England), he became a member of the Order of the Holy Lakes. Fermin and Beatriz have two children, Leila (born 1680) and Eduardo (born 1683). Leila is married to Luis Cecetzin de Nanacacipactzin (born 1677), with whom she has a son, Patricio (born 1706).
