Asylum and Refugees Commission

The Asylum and Refugees Commission is the government agency of the Imperial State of Constancia charged with the implementation of the national policy on exiles, refugees and asylum. Established by Autokratorial Decree [1] bearing date at 3.VII.1677, it authorized Ministers of the Government, Ambassadors and Consuls of the Imperial State of Constancia, and the Director of the Borders Control Agency to grant applications for asylum, and place such individuals within the protection of the Imperial State of Constancia.
