This ooc note confirms that in my absence (non-login) on either Discord/Bastion/Hub/MicrasWiki for 180 consecutive days (which evidences my irl death or incapacity), control over the Imperial State of Constancia on the 181st day goes to Ardy (a sufficient character of his is deemed to have been granted a dormant commission as Autokrator of Constancia), or in his absence or inability, Edgard (a sufficient character of his is deemed to have been granted a dormant commission as Autokrator of Constancia), or in his absence or inability, the Raspur Pact or any one of its more dominant nations are deemed to have restored order and assumed government in the absence or inability of the Imperial Constancian Government.

Failing all that, Ivo (a sufficient character of his is deemed to have been granted a dormant commission as Autokrator of Constancia).

This likewise confirms that in my absence (non-login) on either Discord/Bastion/Hub/MicrasWiki for 31 consecutive days, an in-game constitutional inability exists in the Imperial Constancian Government, and temporary governance by an Ardy character is authorized.
