ESB Steel, formally known as Eura Steel Business, was incorporated in obedience to a resolution agreed to by the Board of Directors of the Honourable Company on 9.XIV.1687, and is domiciled at the ESB Cantonment in Aqaba. Construction began immediately on its new plant, smelter, and furnace in Susa, Alduria, Alduria-Wechua. Initially capitalized at 5 billion Natopos, ESB Steel is operated as a joint venture between the ESB Group (specifically its Financial and Legal Directorate), which owns 60% of the company, and ESB Susa, which owns 40% of the company.
In late 1690 and early 1691, it assisted efforts of the new Aircraft Division of ESB Susa to manufacture C-11 Mula medium transport, and T-4/A-4 Flecha trainer and light attack aircraft, initially for the Federal Air Force and the Imperial Constancian Air Force, but later, on order from a new client, the Aerospace Forces of the Popular Levy of the Suren Confederacy.
