Fort Alexios Melas is an installation of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces located in Surenshahr, and is the headquarters of the 509th (Surenid) Army. It is named after the esteemed Alexios Melas.
It has separate cantonments to take into consideration the cultural differences between members of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces and the Ēurān Forces of the Home Guard. Perhaps due to institutional paranoia or for sufficient consideration paid to the contractor, it possesses a surfeit of Flaktowers.
