(God) Save The Ruler of Kōkai (Phineaner: Selamat Pemimpin Kōkai) is the official state anthem of Kōkai, a special self-governing territory of Phinbella. It was composed by Mohamad Hashim bin Abu Bakar in -77BP, and the lyrics were written by him and Yuramoto Takashi. The lyrics were changed several times starting from the presidency of Ishbalanque, most recently during the governorship of Ratna Kira'na and later will be amended for the governorship of Mavika.
