The Treaty of Hayfield is an agreement signed between the Keltia Command of the Raspur Pact and the Republic of Mercury. BETWEEN
KELTIA COMMAND OF THE RASPUR PACT
AND
THE REPUBLIC OF MERCURY
Representatives of the Raspur Pact's Keltia Command
and
The Government of the Republic of Mercury
acknowledge the critical need for uninterrupted logistical operations to address the humanitarian challenges arising from the East Keltian Collapse. With a commitment to cooperative relief, the following articles of agreement are hereby established: -Article I – Free Passage
The Republic of Mercury grants the Keltia Command of the Raspur Pact unrestricted rights to air and sea passage within its territory for transports involved in humanitarian, evacuation, and logistical missions related to the East Keltian Collapse.Article II - Notification and Coordination
Keltia Command transports must provide prior notice of 48 hours before entry into the Republic of Mercury’s territory, or 4 hours in emergencies. Coordination will occur between designated liaison officers to ensure seamless scheduling and operations.Article III - Non-Combat Clause
The treaty covers only non-combat transports. Any transport carrying arms or combat equipment requires specific authorization from the Republic of Mercury, with inspections permissible upon entry.Article IV – Security Provisions
The Republic of Mercury reserves the right to conduct visual inspections of Keltia Command transports to confirm non-combat status, ensuring no disruption to mission schedules.Article V - Duration and Renewal
