History
The League was founded in late 2012 by the then Gerenian Hockey National Commission in order to develop ice hockey in Gerenia. Soon afterwards, eight teams applied for membership, which was granted to all during December. The first season was announced to take place in 2013, from March to September.
The first League champions were HC Stentor as they defeated Standard Victoria in the Final game. Dínamo Tawlkar won the League title in the 2014 season, and managed to successfully defend the title in 2015.
