It was founded by Ryū Takemaki (known as Roy Animation) and it is a subsidiary of Trans-Pior Broadcasting Company (TPHK). It started operating since RP 2612. TPHK Studio not only operates as a record label and animation studio, it also operates as a talent agency, music publishing company, event management company, concert publishing company and music publishing house. In fact, it became a full-fledged production company that also involved idea submission, animated voice recording and post-production involving his animated works and songs as well as his talent projects.
