Fastenborg Keep, a granite keep and bunker complex of Minarborian provenance, located fourteen kilometres north-east of Octavyan, is the legation building and headquarters for the diplomatic mission of the Command Executive of the Unified Governorates of Benacia in Kalgachia. The legation is the focal point for the activities of the Raspur Pact, namely concerned with the effective implementation and continued operation of the various agreements and mechanisms put in place by the Slavegate Convention (1674) and the Treaty of Gloomburg (1681).

Following her recall and execution during the 1702 Benacian Show Trials, Baarsma was replaced by Salbnan Eckehard Maier, formerly of the XIII Salb.
