Severnaya Gubernya (Mishalenese: Северная Губерня; "Northern Governorate") is a governorate of the Unified Governorates of Benacia, constituting the southern part of the former Imperial Dominion of Mishalan. The central importance of the former Mishalanese territories to the UGB as the core of the old Shirerithian armaments industries built up during the Sxiro-Jingdaoese Confrontation is such that the Black Legions went out of their way to capture the region during the Kalirion Fracture and rebuffed subsequent Elwynnese and Francian attempts to acquire the territory.

Transferred to Elwynn, less Mishagrad, in 1685 AN.
