Princess Fränzi-Ferdinanda is the eldest child of the late Batavian king Arkadius I and his wife Queen Ærinndís. Through her mother, she is the niece of the current High King of Stormark. On March 3rd, 2010 she married Constantijn Windsor
Through her mother, she is second in line to the throne of Stormark. She was also appointed by Queen Anne-Marie of Ravaria as heir to the Ravarian throne. In that capacity, she uses the title of Duchess of Levensburg.
When Arkadius II was killed on August 18th, 2010, she initially stated not to be interested in the Batavian throne. This caused speculation and political discussion on Arkadius' succession, with leading contenders being her uncle the High King of Stormark as well as senior Batavian politican Alejandro Gonzalez. On August 29th, however, she came back on her decision and ordered the preparation of her coronation. However, she hasn't been sworn in yet, and certain forces in the Batavian Lower House question the possibility of rescinding on what they saw as a peremptory renunciation. However, at least her uncle has accepted her decision.
