Lamberto Mosca (born 1677 AN) is a New Alexandrian cardinal of Tellian provenance and Bishop of Nivardom of the Autocephalous Nazarene Church of Alexandria.
Born in Fiorecittà to a farming community. He is the seventh son of a large family.
He is a Constancian national by investiture, Knight Commander of the Order of the Imperial State of Constancia during the 1748 Extraordinary Investiture.
Lamberto is said to have strong underworld contacts. He declines to confirm or deny this, merely claiming that even the most grievous of sinners are worthy of redemption, and that it is just for sinners to suffer. He is known to not only know, but enjoy his wines. He has a habit of taking tea just prior to sleeping.
He is claimed to be a dark horse candidate, due to his affability and ability to put people at ease.
