The Central Euran Operations Group was reported by the State Protection Authority of Constancia as having come into existence during 1728 AN as a small cadre of guerrilla warfare and terror specialists associated with the Babkhan Restoration Movement, the Corsair fleets, and the Peripatetic and Mendicant Liberation Army. Based on the Jazir-e Kreyak, the group is believed to be dedicated to reviving the moribund Azad Eura movement through combat and propaganda operations on the mainland of Eura.
