Trans-Keltia Railways A/S is a Mercurian–Normark-owned railway company, charged with building, owning and managing the Trans-Keltian Express. Its registered headquarters are in Elijah's Rest and Mercury, Mercury.
Ownership of the company is shared equally between the government of Mercury and Jernbanekompaniet i Normark (JBK Normark).
