Riskai (city) is a city in and the capital of the Kingdom of Riskai, to which it has given its name. In 1723 AN, it was chosen as the capital of the Three Kingdoms. It houses the Hall of Kings, the throne- and meeting room of the Three Monarchs of the realms, as well as the Conclave of the Three Kingdoms, an advisory parliamentary body.
