The Marcellus Paixhans Imperial Constancian Arsenal, located in Nivardom, is a Constancian defense complex and facility, operated by the ESB Euran Directorate on behalf of the Imperial State from its inauguration in 1731 AN, with the primary mission of manufacturing 7.62×67mmB cartridges for use of the M1721 battle rifle (7.62×67mmB) and the M1686 assault rifle (7.62×67mmB), the primary arms of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces.
It is named in honor of Marcellus Paixhans and his contributions during the Euran War.
